Refund policy

If you meet the returnable conditions of our shop, you can return the product.
Please contact us from the contact page within 10 days of receiving the product and return it to us.

Returnable Conditions

All of the following conditions must be met (including sale items).

  • Products returned within 10 days of delivery
  • Products that can be judged as "unused" according to our shop's standards
  • Accessories, warranty tags, and product tags are attached to the product

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:

  • Products returned more than 10 days after delivery
  • Used products
  • Products that have been stained or damaged under the customer's care

※In the case of return by customer's convenience, the customer is responsible for all shipping and transfer fees. If you return it by cash on delivery, please note that the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
※For returns that do not leave a copy of the delivery note, such as regular mail or Letter Pack Light (Japan Post), it may not be possible to track the package and issue a refund. Please refrain from doing so to prevent problems.
※Please keep a copy of the delivery note until the refund is complete.

Returns due to Our Shop's Defects

If you receive a defective product that clearly differs from the description on the product page or a product that differs from your order, we will promptly exchange or return it.
Please contact us from the contact page within 10 days of receiving the product, and we will bear the shipping cost, so please return it by cash on delivery.
